Recruiter / Associate Recruiter
office based in Prague or Bratislava

to join our Staffing team to support recruitment activities in Europe on a 1 year fixe term assignment.

This is a role where you can really use your broad range of professional recruiting skills within a leading global organisation, working with Hiring Managers in some cases from the resource planning stage through to managing a tailored recruitment and selection process within each business area. • Fluency Czech / Slovak, good command of English, additional foreign language is preferred

• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office applications

• Excellent problem solving, judgment and decision making skills

• Good ability to work in a matrix environment

• Good influencing, coaching and counseling skills

• Good customer service skills

• Very high degree of discretion and confidentiality

• Experience within a staffing function as a recruiter or combination of recruiter and specialist experience
