Náplň práce:
This position is responsible for delivering programs/projects . He or she is responsible for the successful launching of new products, he has to share/sell the business vision of the project, has to deal and mitigate the risks and ensure that the project results are achieved – on time, in budget and of the right quality and to ensure optimal customer satisfaction.
This position is also responsible for facilitating/supporting change and process improvements through the use of lean tools and techniques, to ensure TRW GP&S’s lean strategy is deployed and running across the global manufacturing and distribution sites.

Požadujeme:
Lean tools and techniques, Knowledge of TRW products and manufacturing processes.
Knowledge of project management tools and techniques (including risk management and team-building skills) .
Ability to analyze and understand complex technical issues and processes.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work through different management levels .
Potential for communication, motivation and ability to influence others power to assert themselves if required in the framework of a specific task.
Ability to work independently and results-oriented; ability to lead multi-functional, multi-cultural teams.
Target-oriented work (results, time, budget).
Financial knowledge – understanding of the financial measures and business case creation
Open-mindedness towards new solutions.
Travel to various TRW and customer sites will be required .
English essential, German to a good level.
